Beneficiaries served with support of MISEREOR

BASIC Development Foundation in collaboration with MISEREOR, has successfully executed multiple projects focused on Sustainable Agriculture, Food Security, Livelihood, and relief and rehabilitation. The partnership in the Livelihood Support Program sector has been enduring since 2014, resulting in the completion of three projects, while an ongoing fourth project is currently underway. 23010 beneficiaries served under the Rural Livelihood sector.

The long-standing association with MISEREOR has also extended to rehabilitation efforts in District Dadu, Pakistan, through the project “Rehabilitation Support in Sindh.” This initiative has provided essential items such as wheat flour, rice, pulses, sugar, and salt to sustain the affected families for a month. Moreover, 500 families have been assisted with roofing kits, comprising two steel girders, 13 bamboos, serki (thatch), along with rope and nails, enabling them to construct one-room houses. The impact of these efforts has been significant, directly benefiting over 9,658 individuals. In total, with the support of MISEREOR, the projects have served a commendable number of 32,668 beneficiaries, making a positive difference in the lives of many in the Dadu.
