Appeal for Water Scarcity in Sindh, Pakistan

The people of Sindh, Pakistan's second-largest province, are facing a severe water crisis that threatens their health and well-being. Only 19% of the province's population has access to safe drinking water, leaving the vast majority vulnerable to waterborne diseases and other health risks. This situation is particularly dire in the arid area of district Dadu, where residents are forced to rely on contaminated open surface water wells due to a lack of alternative sources. Poverty further compounds the problem, preventing many families from accessing piped water systems or installing water pumps.

Appeal for Water Scarcity in Sindh, Pakistan

Each hand pump installation costs Rs. 36,000, including a cemented apron and animal trough. With your help, we can provide these life-saving resources to 150 families, significantly improving their access to safe drinking water and reducing their risk of waterborne diseases.

Please consider donating today to help us address this critical issue. Your contribution, no matter how small, can make a real difference in the lives of those affected by water scarcity in Sindh.

Together, we can ensure that every family in Sindh has access to the clean water they need to live healthy and productive lives.
